Re: Edinburgh Protest against G8 Repression - Friday
Today's events in Germany clearly show that the state is once again creating a dualism, a rift between the united people who come to protest against their economic machines - good protesters and bad protesters. Allegations of 'intended criminal damage' serve to divide the pacifist among us from the D(irect) A(ctivists) and hence split our united front.
This can not be allowed to happen. WE have to mobilise, in protest, against this affront to our right to fight for a different world, especially this close to the G8 summit.
Please come and show support for our friends in Germany and be part of the ongoing SolidarityDemonstrations which are being organised across Europe. Germany might seem a far place away but the same things happen in YOUR local social centres and homes too.
Take action on friday 1pm outside the German Consulate in Edinburgh and show your solidarity.
